Visited lovely Vienna with my grandparents Joe and Hedi. It was wonderful to spend time with them and see the city through their eyes.
Hedi grew up here but had to leave in 1937 when she was just 17. Eighty years later, she’s outlived those Nazis and is still coming back nearly every year.
We spent most of our time near the hotel, but ate at every tasty cafe within a few blocks, and visited a few excellent museums.
