Left the castle and family and headed west to see more of Scotland.
Stopped in Elgin to see the roofless cathedral, and for a minor car accident (two-lane roundabouts while driving on the left are tricky). Got to Nairn in the afternoon to see the Highland Games which have been held since 1867 minus a break for the two great wars.

Stayed in Inverness for the night, and enjoyed a night out at the pub with new mates.
